Eytys offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We provide a streamlined process to ensure your footwear and apparel can be exchanged or refunded with ease.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original branded packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
